A joke doesn't cause hundreds of dollars in damages. And before you go and say these guys get paid millions, its still the principle and it is highly disrespectful. I've been in law enforcement for years and cops and CO's do similar, if not worse, pranks. We had a guy last year fill another officers' car windshield wiper fluid reservoir full of piss and red die. It caused over $350 worth of damage. We had to call extra officers off of patrol to come back to central station and break them up because these dudes were all out fist fighting in the lobby with guns on their waists. Some pranks go too far, and you don't mess with another person's vehicle.
