He mentioned him and Alonzo Mourning had clashing opinions about how to practice. Some guys like practices, and some guys don't. It's tough. Overall, everyone practices, but I've heard stories about Pat Riley taking practices too far and players and superstars eventually didn't like his style (not talking Miami Heat practices).
