Maybe it is just me, but I dont mind spending money on the bullet, But when it comes to gear, That always has taken a backseat. I am using the same half face helmet for the last 4 years. This was meant to be temporary thing. I dont own any Riding jacket or pants too. Having a weirdly shaped XXL head doesn't help either, I did try twice, got kind of nervous and demotivated and left. I will try and get my priorities in order, Good informative video as usual.

If you approach a proper shop, they will definitely have a solution.. It took me four years and this Odisha ride to even think about gear...I still have that half face helmet at home.. Till now I never ventured for more than 10 kms on the bullet..but these machines are definitely much more than that....

@@SonofagunG2 Thank you for replying. I am riding around Manipur, On my ES 500CC 2006 CI. Covered a good 6000 kms in two months., I will head back in Jan. These machines are definitely something else. I have approached reputed shops, But my head shape makes it difficult. 2XL is rare. I will try again soon. Ur combination is something I would look for, A full-face helmet, and a good jacket, And something that wont break the bank. Congratulations on completing the long ride. Happy Thumping
