Can you add photos to your gallery or make a video of the awning with sides? (Enclosed.) I am assuming that it can be enclosed / totally weather proofed? Pretty please

Sidewalls are available. There are no plans for a rear wall. There are a few pics here facebook.com/kerfton

Was it cold at night? Also, do you bring bikes for you & the kids?

Don't think it was cold on that trip. I think shorts even in the rain. And the camper has a heater anyway. No bikes on that trip.

How does pack down go in the rain? Will rain pool in the canvas over the side pods? Is there a way to protect the double mattress from getting wet?

Only the dry side of the canvas touches the bedding, so normally wont be an issue. However, if its really sodden wet, moisture can wick through canvas and could result in damp bedding. If your worried about this I recommend carrying a thin plastic painters drop sheet to place over the bedding when needed. Although I don't do this to deliberately find out how bad it can get, but am yet to have an issue (although maybe I just haven't had bad enough conditions yet).

How do you pack this up in the rain without the inside getting wet?

The main area of concern for rain is the end of the main bed which is normally exposed during a packup. However if the canvas rear door is half closed before a packup the bed is protected. Its a bit harder packup with door half closed, but not too bad. Other areas are not too exposed, provided its not bucketing down. If someones is really concerned about a wet packup, then I recommend carrying a thin plastic sheet to place over the bed first. Although I dont bother with this and have never had issues.
