Did Kershaw fix the problem where if you move the clip the knife loses its detent sand can't be used? And is the clip still screwed into copper causing it to fall off eventually?

This is the first I have been made aware of this issue with the detent. Of the dozens we have sold none have been returned nor have we be contacted with any issues.

@@Gpknives It's because most people are right handed and leave the clip on that side. If you're a lefty and move it to the other scale or remove it the detent is gone.

The small rivet on the blade top-stop looks rather weak.

The stop pin? Solid stainless steel, never seen a stop pin fail in normal use.
