Ruan Mei doesn't say the name of the one she made a deal with, but the description she gave implies a deal with Luocha I think, and we know Ruan Mei is interested in researching the Propagation, considering she created a replica of the bug.Thing is, why would Luocha want Ruan Mei to save Tingyun? He's Star Rail's "Otto Apocalypse", and anyone who looks like that man from HI3rd is not to be trusted [says the one who cried for Otto when watching "Thus Spoke Apocalypse"]
