Please big correction on all the enterview. I know all ato Mekonnen kassa's sons Getachew the Air force Walelgn and Setotaw Mokonnen worked with me for long.1-Walelgn was our senior fourth year student while we where in high school. All of them where very dynamic. 2 Walelgn was one of u/c movement leader and while intered to univercity after he wrote the paper of ( self- determination). The legal right of people to dicided thier own destiny. He become so famous. 3-Those two leaders where in field while Walelgn wrote the paper and student in U/C Special Setotaw and Getachew I know them in person. 4- during the king era police has never shot bullet to students. The only I remember was 1 person was killed that is Telahun Gezaw member of the nobles and he was also chairman of student Council only in Addis ababa about Dessie I don't have any information.
Zenebech Kebede, Therefore, because of a couple of incidents you support ‘land to the tiller’ (infanct land to the dictatorial government). It is a shame still to support such a disastrous journey after having seen its negative results on the economy, social and political conditions, including the unity of the country.

I vividly remember the massacre of the w/ Sehin student when I was 9 years old, one of the dead who used to live in Catholic school (Banbuha) was Indras Muhamed I forgot how many students were killed but what this gentleman is telling is 100% true.with out exaggeration,W/ Sehin high school was the cradle of the revolution that produced so many brilliant intellectuals such as,Walelgn Mekonene, Telahun Gezawe,Berhane Meskel Reda just to name a few. The main reason for their ferocious opposition to the administration was not only the catastrophic famine but also the deposing of Lej Eyasu in the early 1900.Wolo never accepted Haleselase as a legitimate king, Their favorite slogan was," yaletegera ferese tekel eyayachu ke Maychew ferteto Londen gebalachu"

Evidently the interviewee has a marginal knowledge of what he is talking about. 1st, Issaias and Walelegn could not have known each other let alone meet frequently because Issaias was already away in the fields of Eritrea fighting, long before Walelegn came to prominence. 2nd, Meles was nobody when Walelegn was alive.

Exactly!! Meles was still in Adwa because he was in high school, as a teenager. The interviewer is the dumbest of all. He is clueless
The gust is shamles with unblievable ignorance. He make up a lot of story out of the air. I can't stand him such story maker. For him to talk down about Walelne Mekonen is also painful. The stupidity of the journalist is also unbivable.
