I don’t understand the criticism on the dosage because freeze drying something is going to make it weigh 90 to 98% less of course you don’t need to eat 80 g of freeze dried organs… you need 80g of wet organs but the pill form removes all the water and is more dense? And brains aren’t in primal queen so don’t see the point in that criticism.

I appreciate what this video is trying to do but simple research on where the beef organs are being sourced from would tell you that per Primal Queen’s statement, these are pasture raised, grass fed, Argentinian cows. Not cows from the US as you have stated several times in this video which would cause undue stress for the listener. This is why it’s so detrimental to getting the facts before putting out any personal PSA. My OB told me that she didn’t have anything that she could recommend to me due to where I currently am in my peri-menopausal state so unless you have these kinds of issues please be sure to do better with your research before addressing the intended audience of the opposite sex to which this particular supplement is meant for. I just want something to help me with the hot flashes & night sweats that is all, thank you.

Look up prions and CJD. As a hospice nurse who has recently seen a young person dying of this incurable disease, I will be returning the product. It can be contracted through contaminated meat which is exactly what he was addressing.

I feel like I watched this video for a legitimate review on the product not a history lesson or science lesson on where cow parts originate from or their risks because it has nothing to do with the preparation and packaging of this specific supplement

You’re paying for the ease of use (capsules) and getting the benefits. Other brands want you to take 6 capsules where primal queen has women organs and only 2 capsules.
@AuDHD_Mom
@AuDHD_Mom Ай бұрын
But what is the supposed logic of the benefit to female organs? When I had my 10 lb fibroid removed from my uterus, my ob-gyn showed me the picture. It looked like raw carne asada. I asked him if it basically was like carne asada, and he said yeah, you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Just because something was part of a hormonal organ doesn't mean it would balance your hormones.
@christinahek
@christinahek Ай бұрын
He explains why the capsules aren’t effective: dosing low and no proof of hormonal impact. You’re better off just eating whole meat to get the nutrients and protein. If you need hormones, you have to take them in sufficient doses.

I'm 49, and I've been taking it for 2 months now. The main thing I've noticed is that I'm more sexually active, with better intensity, plus I stay naturally lubricated down there. There may be other benefits I'm not noticing that may show up on blood work.

As a user of PQ - I would say it's not a magic pill for everything. but do I feel better when I take them? yes. a notable difference actually, and I am most certainly a skeptic. Also as others have mentioned, he is just giving a lesson on x-cows while not considering that they get y-cows. Also. I am not eating fresh organ meat or beef everyday, are you?
@marilynjkennedy
@marilynjkennedy Ай бұрын
Organ meat tabs are meant to be taken like you take supplements. They’re a great addition to what you might be missing or need more of in your meal. This is not in replacement of a meal. With that being said the demand of a two income house hold leaves people to be deficient and have very little time to rainbow up their plates at dinner or at work during lunch. In this case something is better than nothing but it’s not meant to fully replace the obvious diet and exercise. Ya know like the doctor tells you when he’s sending your RX out to the pharmacy. Shop around for different brands that make sense to your lifestyle and pocket.

What about the hormones the company claims a women will receive from the cow uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries? Do you think it can have a hormone balancing effect the company claims?

Exactly wondering this! I know my hormones are to blame for a lot of my issues, but so little research has been done on female hormones!
@christinahek

How do they explain the hormones surviving stomach acid? It seems like oral consumption wouldn’t be how to do it. This is why he says: there’s zero evidence consuming these organs impacts human hormone levels.

@christinahek 16 күн бұрын
@@amberbusche6334 But those are drugs with a specified amount of hormone designed and tested as pills or implants to raise blood levels, etc. Separate from the living organism, cow reproductive organs are just smooth muscle meat. They have protein, but they aren’t secreting hormones.

I had night sweats so bad after both my pregnancies that I'd leave a perfect outline of my body in sweat when I got out of bed. Had to sleep on beach towels and even then the sweat went through to the bed! I couldn't get any answers for any relief. And yet, our scientists and doctors know everything about a man's hormones and anatomy 😡

@melanieberesford6082 girl, get you some Black Cohosh! Make sure it has triterpene 2.5% and the black cohosh is 250mg. It stopped my hot flashes, night sweats and leveled off my moods swings. Hasn't done anything for my sex drive though. Good luck. Takes about 3 weeks to start taking effect.

So he's talking about taking a B12 supplement versus taking the super food organ meat supplement but the actuality is there's not that much B12 there's actually other fillers that aren't good for you that cause elevated blood sugar so while he's addressing one thing to appear to critique it he's also leaving out a major critique in the pharmaceutical community because the pharmaceutical community is not interested in our good health It's interested in making a dollar

Exactly the breakdown I was looking for - I'm on limited income 😅 I can't afford things that are clearly marketing before actual benefits especially as I already take collagen and in general, am pretty sure supplements have helped all they are going to beyond any deficiency I may be unaware of.

This is what confuses me. I didn't notice he was an ND vs. an MD until I saw your comment. Still, his science seems sound. But I'm a little perplexed why he didn't talk about the hormonal aspects of their claims since that is EVERYTHING they claim is the reason to take their supplements...
