I tried your recipe yesterday and loved it! I made a kind of a vegetarian flammkuchen, and now I think I'll put a twist on it by using hazelnut flour to see how it turns out, along with a few more modifications. I think I'll turn it into a sweet pizza, using homemade hazelnut spread on top, with crunchy chopped hazelnuts to give some extra texture and some squares of your white chocolate recipe, which I usually already have ready to use! But the savory version, original one is fully approved! Thank you!!!! 🤗

Tried this yesterday. Followed recipe closely.. except that I used onions and colored peppers as topping instead of pepperoni. Bottom of the bread was good, but seemed too soft near the top. And the veggies were raw despite extra minutes at 350 degF. So, put in back at 400 degF for 20 more minutes... baked through great and tastes good! Not sure why.. but wanted to share. One reason could be that I used 3Tbsp of p.husk, but according to label its only 5gms per Tbsp.. maybe I need to adjust to get 27g of p.husk?

@lowcarbrecipeideas Thank you, but unfortunately, I'm trying to keep my keto baking supplies down to a minimum: coconut flour, psyllium husks, whey protein isolate, ground golden flaxseed, etc. I always appreciate your recipes, Elsie. I loved the recipe and everything you make is amazing. I have a question regarding calculating calories and fat percentage. You mentioned that the fat percentage of the bottom layer of each piece is 10.8 grams. Isn’t the method of calculation to add all the fat calories and then divide them by the number of servings? Because the number will be greater than 10.8, as there are fats found in almond flour, flax seed flour, and olive oil. Can you explain and give me the method??

The nutrition info provided is just a guide. Normally, we key in the total amount of ingredients and servings, and it automatically calculates the nutrition info for each serving. I am using a free app, so I suggest you use your own macro calculator for accuracy.
