Just want to give you an update regarding our coffee cake! It’s gone, gone in 60 minutes!🤣 We all love it and now my husband is texting me once in a while to make another loaf for his breakfast tomorrow. It’s delicious! It’s creamy and moist, I just love the texture of the cake. And my gosh, love the crumble topping. My kids said it’s like eating a candied pecans in a cake. Thank you! This recipe is a keeper! 👏

Made this recipe in muffin form and it turned out wonderful and ends up being more convenient for me. Baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40minutes and they are still moist and delicious!

I made this today and it was perfect! Love the cruncy sweet pecans on top. You have to use serrated knife because of the crunchy streusel pecans but the cake is so moist. My parents was like “are you sure it’s sugar free?” 🤣🤣🤣 We ALL LOVE it! Planning to make it again this weekend. Thank you ketoserts! You’re amazing!

Her recipes are pretty awesome! I'm going to try this one to replace my 'regular" crumb cake recipe. Pro tip for those who like their cakes a bit sweeter, but don't want the cooling effect of more erythritol, try adding a bit of allulose to it. I bought a small 1lb bag and i sometimes add about 1/4 c to my cakes to make them sweeter without adding anything bad or throwing off the recipe too much

It’s me again. I baked 2 cakes today. Cinnamon and almond . They just have left the oven and look amazing and smell even better 😀. Great recipe and thank you . Changing the topping from nuts to desiccated coconut and you have a different flavour , also add almond extract which enhances the coconut flavour. Hope this is ok. 😊❤️.

Finally a cake that tastes like conventional !! It suits perfect with coffee !! I added more almond flour because it was too moist. And I was right. It came out (after baking it) just perfect without too much moist inside. I made it without the crumble topping, since it has more sweetener and I prefer it without too much sweetness.... Perfect 💖 !

Wow! Delicious! Another family favorite, I’ve never taken photos of my food before but I couldn’t resist and it was just as delicious as it looked. I didn’t have the correct size loaf pan, so I opted for a pan than would give me the same amount of cups. I had a 6” springform pan which worked well but needed 10 extra minutes baking as well as foil covering to avoid getting too dark on top. 💞 thank you 💞 (I’ll post the picture if I can figure out how to do that here)
