Ok so I just made this today! I’m speechless...😶 it’s so f*ck*n delicious! Sorry for my language but gosh! The pastry cream together with the cream puffs is perfection! It’s quite amazing that pastry is really hollow inside so you could pipe the cream properly without making any mess. Thank you!!! My mom loves it and this is definitely a keeper! 🥰👏

I made these today but I think I need to make the pudding a little sweeter and thicker. The taste wasn’t what I was hoping for but I still do have a sweet tooth so that is probably why it tasted eggy and fell short of my expectation. However, it could be that I just need to adapt to a taste of less sweetness. I’ve been on Keto/low carb off and on. This is my third go around and I’m hoping not to fall off the wagon again. This time I’m more reluctant to go back to my unhealthy eating habits after my mom passed away from Cancer. Hoping to make healthier choices and stick with it for the long haul. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I loved my mothers pudding creampuffs. 😌
