A delicious and crispy appetizer that is keto and low carb friendly! This egg roll is filled with veggies and ground pork and wrapped in a tofu skin (yuba) and deep fried. We will also make a keto-friendly sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp mince garlic
Tofu skin (3.8g carbs) Not all tofu skins are made equally, make sure to find the ones with lowest carbs.
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce (2.5g carb)
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Dash white pepper
Low carb sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener or sugar substitutes
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp xanthan gum
dash of salt
