I love keto hot chocolate. I have it every year when the weather starts getting cool. I am not into the pumpkin drinks so much but I love anything chocolate. Like you I always blend my hot chocolate in my Vitamix. I also use milkadamia, or Califia Farms Almond/Coconut milks as a base for my hot chocolate.

try adding a little bit of instant coffee - an old baking trick for choc cake and brownies - coffee in a small amount enhances the flavor of the chocolate without it tasting like coffee. Personally I love coffee with chocolate so I would replace the water with coffee!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Hi Pamela 👋🏼 We are all well… Hoping you are too. Izzy is back in Hawaii, and started online schooling on the second. Our younger girls start remote learning on Wednesday the ninth. I was supposed to return on Wednesday the ninth also, but I have to have some minor surgery, so I will be starting on the 14th. I think that I prefer ChocZero’s chocolate chips a bit more than Lily’s, but I like both, and Lily’s can be easier to locate. In fact my Walmart had mint chips and butterscotch too🤷🏻‍♀️ Don’t know for how long( the butterscotch are heavenly 🤤)🤣 Wishing you health and safety 🙏🏻
