I watch "unhealthy" recipes now (to see if I can Keto-ize them) and I see some recipe channel creators dumping soooo much sugar and refined flour into a bowl and I just cringe!! I think oh my goodness are so many people really unaware the damage they are doing to their bodies? Thank you for bringing us these healthy recipes in a dessert form. I made it and follow exactly what was instructed to do. It looked exactly like hers. Except I really didn't like it because if the almond flour. My husband liked it. If it was a different flour, maybe coconut or lupin flour I think it will make a difference. It is a easy recipe. I did order the dusting wand, what a difference it makes.

Is your spring-form baking pan has a clear bottom? I didn’t see the metal pan bottom. It looked like you just sprayed the oil on the countertop and added the parchment paper on top. The final product looked delicious.

It does! Glass base but I honestly can't say I recommend the pan, as the non-stick coating is peeling a bit. Bummer... I plan on getting a new one soon.

Yes, but... allulose tends to brown much more quickly, and the parts touching the pan may become very dark. Just as long as you are aware of that. Check on it frequently as it may bake a little faster as well.

I can't guarantee this with allulose... it may make it a bit too soft, I can't really say without trying it myself. . But unless it's a blend with some monk fruit or stevia, it won't be sweet enough. I'd add another 25%.
