Are kelp noodles got the same rubbery chewy texture as the konjac noodles because I don't like the konjac noodles they're like eating overcooked rubbery squid? Also do the kelp noodles taste like seaweed? Btw your channel has helped me stay keto because since going keto I've really missed Asian takeaway but your recipes have reminded me of my favourite foods without the high sugar/carb content. Your amazing!!!

came over from @seriousketo very brilliant and great videos. One suggestion with your audio is that it's peaking when you talk. This is the setting on whatever you are using for audio. There should be a way to turn down the levels. If you look at the waveform of the audio you will see that it will be maxxed out when you hear that robotic or fuzzy quality to your audio. This is because the audio is losing quality because the way it's inputting is too powerful. If you turn the level down, you will get it to be more natural like your voice and you can increase the sound in editing. Feel free to reach out if you need help with it. I can give more details if you tell me what the device is that you are using. Your videos are so beautiful that I don't want the audio to distract.

Hi!! Thank you so much for this video, I've been making my own noodles and love them. One question for you- how do you prevent yours from clumping up in the calcium bath? My noodles are not as smooth/uniform as yours look in the video and I'm not sure why! Sometimes they clump up or get bumps after squeezing out of the bottle.
