I made this recipe today. It is very good. I subbed allulose for the Swerve confectioners. The filling did not turn grainy as I've found other sweeteners to do.

Great recipe thanks! Only issue I had baking it was after the lime mixture started to boil, I took it off the stove and it had tiny egg chunks that never went away in during the chilling process... they were the size of a pin head or so... I wisked the entire time on the stove... made my texture of the pie not smooth. Any ideas what I did wrong? Great taste and amazing video!!

The texture was perfect! However, my key limes were either not ripe enough or the sweetener needs to be increased. This pie was quite sour 😅

Sure looks a LOT easier than the recipe I found--you had to cook down 2 1/2 cups of cream to make sugar free sweetened condensed milk. I'll definitely try this one next time.

It looks like plain gelatin. Lime jello would be full of sugar and have green food coloring and true key lime pie is not green.

enmukee it gets cooked on the stove so it doesn’t stay raw. If it’s baked as well it would be overdone
