In this video I am going to show you how to make, Keto Low Carb Yeast Bread | Eggless Keto Bread | Vegan Keto Bread | Banting Bread Recipe | Sugarfree

Ingredients
7G ACTIVE DRY YEAST
1 TBSP INULIN
1 CUP WARM WATER ( EXCAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE BETWEEN 105-110 F)
1/2 CUP OAT FIBER
1/2 CUP GLUTEN FLOUR
1 1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
PINCH OF SALT
3 TBSP OIL ( I USED OLIVE OIL)
My recipe yielded 14 slices and macros per serving is as mentioned below.
Calorie: 121.4
Net Carb: 1.7g
Protein: 5.8g
Fat: 8.9g

Tried this recipe and my bread turned out great... it was a bit flat probably because of the difference in the size of the loaf tin... but still very happy... thank u. P.s i m new to ur channel and would love to try out all your eggless recipes that you can share..thanks xx..

Not sure what I did wrong, but the dough was pretty moist, and despite kneading it it didn't rise. Maybe my proportions were off because I did it by weight.

I had a similar experience. Yeast activated fine, but the end dough was not as smooth as the one in video. It had cracks all over it, and the dough did not rise. I will try to increase the yeast amount next time.

I wish you had written out the recipe! And, I looked up Inulin on Amazon - it is expensive. Did you use chicory root inulin or jerusalem artichoke inulin and can't something less expensive be used? I need to save money!!

what temperature did you keep the initial mix in oven for one hour ? ( Before baking ? )

No temperature. I just kept it in oven to prove without turning it on

Well then you have to use another recipe cause with this recipe gluten flour is must .. I will be posting another recipe soon

1) can I use coconut flour instead of almond flour.. Any amount to replace? 2) If I'm lazy and want to do 3x this recipe in one go.. SHould I also Triple the amount of yeast?

@@KETOlicious it's in the oven to rise now! SO excited!! I can't find where you wrote the size of the pan. But the lump didn't look big enuf for my larger pan, so I used my smaller one. Unless it rises way too much, I might double the recipe next time. The dough didn't tighten up as much as I'd hoped, but maybe that's why you had smaller holes at the bottom and larger holes at the top. I'm wondering if adding some whey isolate powder might help tighten it up. I can't wait to see how it turns out!!! Thank you!! 😙

@@KETOlicious It didn't rise. I don't think my oven was warm enuf. I turned it up to 200 Fahrenheit for a few minutes than turned it off and put the pan in the oven for an hour. The oven was off. But I think it cooled off too much. I don't know how else to keep it warm. 😢

@@DarkMoonDroid my pan size was 7*4*3 inches .. Whey protien would give you same structure as the gluten flour does .. may I know what size of pan did you use ? Did you check your yeast weather it was proofed or not ? If you live somewhere where it is cold then temperature plays a very important roll ..

If you have an oven that has a proving temperature (40°C or 75°F), then you can use that. Alternatively, add a large tray of boiling water into your oven and place the loaf in the middle tray and shut the door. Check after 30 minutes and refresh the water if it has not doubled in size. The air conditioner is always another option too. Turn it on and heat up the house. When the temperature is cold here in Sydney I wrap mine tightly and add a kitchen towel to help keep this warm .

I think the correct name of the gluten substance is *Vital Wheat Gluten.* "Flour" is the actual meal from the wheat grain and this has no flour in it at all. If my memory serves me correctly, there is something called "Gluten Flour" which would be regular flour with more of this stuff added to it or flour made from a strain of wheat that is _very_ high in gluten. Either way, this recipe won't work for people who are "gluten intolerant". 💙

Well where is live vital wheat gluten is called gluten flour and in video i had showed the packet which I used with its name and carb content ..-and the one (gluten flour ) I used was pure gluten extract from wheat .. however you are correct about this recipe isn’t gluten free ..

Thanks for this no egg bread recipe just wanted to know can we skip inulin or any substitute for inulin? I have Oat fibre and wheat gluten but not inulin?

So there are many studies which has proven that if you use sugar / honey to activate the yeast .. yeast will feed on on the sugar and convert the carb in to CO2 and release it .. This means you can use sugar or honey to activate your yeast without adding extra carbs to your bread .. you can google also on this topic so that you can be double sure of this 😊

I ordered them from IHERB... they will deliver to Adelaide too my order arrives in coups of days .. and yes you have to order oat fiber not oat flour .. oat flour is really high in carbs

@@cynplicity1 yes you can .. you sub inulin for sugar or honey Scientifically yeast will feed on sugar and convert it in to CO2 . This way it won’t affect the carb content .
