Making this tomorrow except...going to add roast jalopena and diced bacon. Then bake in casserole dish and sprinkle top w more cheese before baking at 400 til browned on top. Never thought to roast the clflr before.

@@Tacotrucktodd Actually after googling this, cream has around half the carbs of full cream milk. 1/2 cup cream = 3g carbs, 1/2 cup milk = 5.5g carbs. Not a lot of difference but the lactose in the milk will spike insulin a lot higher in milk. You're probably right, but you generally don't see milk in keto recipes.
