Quick Freeze Tip: Wrap the mason jar with a damp paper towel and place as close to the cooling vents of your freezer as possible. As the damp paper towel freezes it speeds up the freezing of your ice cream.

Lily’s chocolate is heavenly - I can’t live without my chocolate after giving up bread, pasta, potatoes. I’ve lost 102lbs on Keto now. I was near death one year ago with a Very Severe Fatty Liver & Hemochromatosis which was also attacking my liver. I’m great now. Back to work. Keto works for me.

I've made both the strawberry and the chocolate, and they are incredible. Can't wait to try this one. The only thing is that mine doesn't seem to double or almost double in size after shaking for the designated amount of time. Can't figure that out. But, that doesn't make a different in the taste. It's the most amazing keto treat I've ever tasted.

I just made the mint chocolate chip for me and the chocolate for my husband and it’s delicious! Honestly I had to add double the mint and double the chocolate chips for my mint ice cream because it just didn’t seem like enough. I’m a happy camper though! This was so freaking easy y’all! 😄👏 UPDATE: I made this again but used granular allulose this time! He was definitely right about how creamy it is. It stays that way for days in the freezer. I can scoop it out so easily! I’ve made it with both sweeteners now and I love them both but would definitely choose the allulose from now on😄👍

Note that Swerve is just powdered erythritol. No need to buy expensive Swerve (or its not available for me in Thailand). I just blend up erythritol into powder for half the cost. Allulose should already be in powder (not granule) form.

The flavor on this was perfect. Made it a day ahead of time and added a teaspoon of whisky, and it still hardened up too much. Next time I'll try two teaspoons. Also used an immersion blender directly in the jar, and it made things much easier.

Hi Joe, first of all thanks for all the amazing recipes you provide for us! You're amazing! I tried doing the chocolate one but the heavy cream didn't "developed" I added a couple of cacao nibs and since we don't have the confectioners swerve here in Brazil (or it's extremely hard to find - if we do it will be very expensive too haha) I put some erythritol on my food processor and used it. I'm not going to give up and will try again today, but I'll sieve the erythritol to use only the very fine bunch haha. I don't know if anyone have had this difficulty before but appreciate all the help. Cheers mate!
