I absolutely agree that as long as you blend the mixture at a constant speed any mixing machine would work. You could even use a food processor. Or what about an immersion blender? I’m really excited to experiment with new flavors.... my husband and I took turns shaking the jar and after five minutes there was still some liquid sound to it. I finally gave up and just stuck it in the freezer anyways. Still turned out amazing.

Barkeepers Friend Cleanser (powder) and a little elbow grease (must mean it’s keto friendly) for those stainless pans. You will thank me. :)

Been using BKF for years, and it's great for lots of things, but where it really kicks butt is on stainless steal.

Lorrie Mize. Idk but I never had success with barkeeper's friends cleanser powder. I used it in conjunction with a piece of steel wool and some elbow grease and I can't say I saw a huge difference with my stainless steel pot.

I almost spit out my coffee when I read the title.... can't wait to try this! Can I leave out the erythritol and just use stevia?

OH MY! I just got to eat a serving from my first batch and it is delicious. I did use my Ninja blender to mix all ingredients except the pecans and added them after. Then froze. SO EASY. Thank you!!!🍦

I discovered this like a week ago and I've had so much fun with it! First night I made Chocolate; every night after I did a different flavor; Vanilla, Coconut, Coffee and tonight I have Strawberry in the freezer. Next I plan on making Mint Chocolate Chip and a Banana!!!
