Can you offer any advice to a tefal 2 in 1 actifryer? I just the skin up and popped it in the dehydrator over night and the skin still won't cradle

That fat can be made into mayonnaise. Supposedly the best mayo ever. I have a jar of rendered pig fat waiting for my talent to magically appear to turn it into some thing like that.

I'm from Canada's east coast and pork crackling isn't a '''thing'' here. I had Never even heard of it til I started watching cooking shows from the UK and Australia last year. Looks really good though... Like super crispy bacon??

Could you save those drippings and cook with it? Is it like bacon grease?

It's pork fat, rendered. Might be burned by the high heat. Worth a try.
