This is a great idea! I still have some filling left and I could make it for Tuesday. It’s on the menu now as a crêpe, but I will make the bites. Solves having to crimp everything. Thanks for the equivalent of fresh and frozen. Cute apron and mitts

I just watched your pastry dough video again, and was thinking that the strudel shape you used for your pastry might work for spanakopita as well. I just made some chicken flour, and was thinking that it would work for a pot pie as well.

I did some smaller, toaster size shapes. It was really hard to keep the edges closed. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

I didn't have any trouble. If you find the dough is too soft then you can refrigerate for about 15 minutes. It firms up

Ok. You have several options. You can prepare it uncooked, wrap well and freeze or bake, cool, wrap well and freeze.

Watch for dead spiders in the bags, i read comments about this from 2 different bloggers, i then started to really look and found spiders twice. I would usually always buy those really big bags of spinach. Grossed me out so bad i no longer buy spinach.
