that looks yummy, can't wait to try it!, BTW, pizza is not a traditional Italian food, BBQ or not the closest we have is focaccia (fo= gotch-cya) which is a bread dough about 1/2-1 inch thick brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with green onions, that's it no tomato sauce or cheese at all
