I’ve been to Boracay last year with my son and his fiancée (now wife); I only booked an affordable hotel where we could sleep through the help of Reyboks Travel Tour. We were picked up from the airport and brought us to the port to ride on a boat- all included in what I paid. Not stressful at all! Also Island Hopping. It’s just a short trip but we had so much fun! Please enjoy Terry, be safe and looking forward to watching your next videos! I shared your vlog to my son 😊 Hope he will also subscribe.

Another fun video Mr. Miami, I’m Mr. Clearwater so hope you don’t mind me saying, lol. Love Miami! Yeah, as you discovered, the best way to navigate the whole airport to airport, boat to boat, shore to resort thing is to pay a little extra and have your resort coordinate all of that maze of ticket purchases is to get you escorted right from the airport to the resort. We did it with Ambassador in Paradise resort this past summer, and they tool care of everything including carrying all our luggage and having our own speed boat (open air) 😎 which made it soooo convenient. Nice resort you stayed at, btw… not too big yet very nicely designed with that personal touch. Have fun, stay well!

That was a great near ASMR video Terry, of the experience from Cebu to Cataclan to Feliz hotel. Anytime the '.. is half the fun' phrase is used, you know someone's patience was tested. Let alone a New Yorker's - 'but hey I'm not complaining' 😅 I could feel the Trump coming out of you 'This could be done better👌👌, a little better' A lot of vloggers ignore the journey for the destination, but done right it's as interesting as any trip. Impeccable editing too with the George Carlin and Back to the Future inserts. Lol the calamansi juice- I could bathe in it. We could feel the humidity. Great video as usual Barefoot onward and upward.

The first time I visited Boracay was in 1983...it was untouched, no electricity and it was peaceful. There were already tourists but only a few knew of Boracay then. In the evening, you can hear people talking in their respective huts. Some strumming the guitars and singing. It was very relaxing with just a few visitors on the island. We used petromax as light. Compared to now, you can say a bit primitive. It was my first time as a teenager back then to see foreign women topless and men in g-strings. There were no hotels but huts and cottages. In the evening, the sand had that incandescent glow. I guess l was lucky to see Boracay when it was still untouched by developers.

Very well-written comment. You may want to write a book about your experiences.

@@BarefootVlogger I was there with the family for three days only and didn't really explore the whole island by going to the other side like my brothers and cousins. As a souvenir, what we brought home was the very fine white sand in a bottle. Thanks for the encouragement to write a book about it. I forgot to tell you the magical effects of fireflies around the trees at night. Glimpses of my memory. I wish l can remember all if a book will be written. Traveling to Boracay from Bacolod City then by land was not easy but once our foot touched the island all the tiredness left our body. We didn't waste time jumping into the clear waters for a swim. For the many hours we traveled on that dusty rough road and taking a bangka ride from Caticlan to Boracay, it was all worth it.

this is why more and more locals are opting to travel in nearby countries than domestic tourism in our own country, expensive fares, complicated travel, etc. you get tired before you even get to the destination. boracay, palawan, name it. its a hassle to get there if you live in manila, cebu, etc

I doubt you are still in Boracay but if you are go to Diniwid beach. it is just north of station one and can walk from station one to Diniwid beach.
