Mark is the best coach on KZbin. Great content, clear and concise instruction, demonstration and progression. Well done Mark.

I don’t struggle with this part of the get up per se but I do utilize my back foot too much to stand maybe. Thank you Mark Wildman. Again.

I have done them as a lunge going through the front heel to stand up. I have also done them pushing both legs to the center. Completely different effects.

This is exactly where I have issues with the TGU. Need to work on this. Is there a next step where you clean and press at the bottom?

Hi, Mark. Love your videos. Been following your basic workout of swings and tgu's Mon and Thur, squats and c&p on Tues and Fri for about 2 months. Warm up with mobility drills, around the worlds, halos, figure 8's, standing pull overs, and hot potato. Cool down is the same as the warm up plus farmer's carries. Feel much stronger with better endurance. I started kettlebells primarily to get in better shape to play pickleball. Two questions: Do you recommend any specific kettlebell movements to help with pickleball? And two, do you suggest I do anything differently in my warm up or especially my cool down? I'm 70 if that factors into your answer. TIA.

Thank you, Mark. I will use this tip to improve my TGU. I have problems with the second part of it as I am not able to get up!! It seems I lack the strength to do it 🤔

Mark...on a standing KB snatch, where on the upswing does the KB rotate? At the top or about ⅔ of the way up?

That otta make it less dumb for everyone. Don’t think I had a problem but I’m going to do a few sets anyway

Hi Mark! I take this opportunity to reiterate my previous request (to which you'd already graciously replied in the affirmative) of dividing your playlist in movement patterns/exercises suited for different levels of advancement: Beginners (Basics/Fundamentals); Intermediate, and Advanced...(or something similar). Thanks! And, stay safe! Peace!

How about adding a press at the top and a press at the bottom.

Mark I'm doing ispi and contra split jerks with 53# and 63#, uppercuts up to 10x10x53#, I use KBs both for GPP and SPP (MMA/MT/Wrestling) what grind would you pair with these SPP ballistics?

Still working on being able to do lunges. I can squat without issue but my problem with lunges is the same problem I have going down stairs, it hurts my knees.
@MarkWildman

step back further. if you are loading your knees 1) are feet straight ahead 2) are both legs at right angles 3) you might not be far enough back to use the glutes to share the load

Mark Wildman yes. I try very hard to concentrate on keeping my feet straight. My heel spurs have gotten significantly better doing kettlebells barefoot and keeping my feet straight. Being 350 lbs is my biggest problem lol. Like I said I can do deep squats no problem but lunges and going down stairs really heart my knees.

Ok. I wanna do this w/doubile kbs as first move in a tabatta. Then, use all of your other goodies, like Con deuce rows, then maybe mace 10 2 2s, climber, hydro corie, ski errrrg, and finally ... Well, I can’t decide. Maybe barbell snatch squats. If so, then in this one case, I would follow the Oly lift Russian/Klokov style toes/knees track out instead of the Wildman toes parallel. Here is a fave macebell “dramatized” workout I saw.kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4O5haaEr7eVoJo&feature=share
