I love fitness blender workouts, I tell people about them all the time. Maybe they don't like exercise. Mind you I didn't really like exercise until I started following you guys. Thanks for getting me this far and hopefully a few years left in me yet. TCFN

When I first started kettlebell workouts with you guys, I would be sore the next day or two (the good kind, from being so out of shape). Then after about a week and a half, the soreness quit happening. It's been about 4 weeks since I started this journey and I still work up a sweat and have a little muscle fatigue, but no soreness. Does this mean I need to move up on the weight of my kettlebell? I've been using a 12 lb one made by Reebok. Thanks!! Great videos!!

Hey I've been looking through your videos and really like them and how you reply to the comments. Saying that, they are hard and I haven't been able to finish. I just got a 10 pound kettle bell the other day just to start out because I heard they were really effective. I'm a 5'2 110-115 pound female with noticeable fat around my hips and upper legs along with some around my midsection. I build muscle pretty easy because I have good genes. I have pretty good upper arm strength and can do aroun

Hi, You say only hiit 3/4 times per week, would this be better to mix and match a number of routines or are you saying only do 1 routine 3/4 times per week. Hope this makes sense?

I need some advice - I repeated this workout today, but since my last attempt (more exactly the day after) I'm feeling soreness (?) in my back it runs roughly from the scapula level to the pelvis level on both sides of the spine (the center feels fine). It's nothing terrible, but what does it mean? Was my posture bad when exercising so I had hurt my back or are my back muscles just weak and they are simply overtrained? Thanks.

Hey there. Thank you for this video. I'd say it's a nice workout. There's just one thing I don't really agree with and it's the stretching. Especially the crossover toe-touch. Because here you fold your back in a position you never used during the whole workout and this might results in a muscle tear instead of a stretching. That's the only thing I'd say you have to be careful with. Cheers !

I have a very important question. I'm 5'1'' and weight 49 kg, would it be okay or too light/too heavy to use a 4 kg kettlebell? Also, how many calories should I expect to burn with this workout, if I go at the same rythm he does and take no pauses a part from those included in the video? I always think that since I weight less than average because I am shorter than average, then I'll burn a lot less than average. How true is this?

It depends on how fit you are and if you are lifting heavy enough (answer for the the second question and last question). Also, progress is NOT LOST if you take breaks.

I use a 10 pound weight. I've used this workout for the last 5 years and still like it the best of all the exercise videos I've ever done. My 27 year old daughter still loves it also.

And don't worry about how many calories you will burn. Just do it starting with between 5 to 10 pound weights and you will be amazed at how wonderful you will feel! Don't do it every day. Maybe every two, three, or four days alternating with Dr. Mercola's High Intensity Training aerobic jogging or cycling, etc.

I like the simplicity of your program, but I'm concerned about the position of your cervical spine when you are doing the clean and jerk. When you look down your neck follows the eyes. Otherwise this is excellent.
