Amazing playing mate and the pedal sounds sick. I was looking for a good reverb pedal for ambient sounds and your demo inspired me to get one of these. I used it for a whole day when it arrived. Very good quality ambient atmospheric sounds. Absolutely amazing pedal

You killed this demo Keven! Headphones a must. You covered all the best highlights of the algorithms, and showed just how versatile the pedal is (and that Neuron gain brought Jeff Beck to mind!). Beautiful playing and voicings as always - well done!

Too kind my friend!! I was indeed. I used it with the speaker sim feature going into the Immerse where it turns into stereo in to the Audio Interface!

@@KevenEknesMusic Man, just wanted to thank you - that was quality stuff kind of review, and you don't find that very often on YT. I've actually placed an order for the Immerse and a spare Neuron directly from their website. I love how simple it is to operate the whole rig. My own experience of using the Neuron so far: run the Benson Preamp pedal before it, and the whole rig sounds so inspiring, and rich! With three pedals in total (the Neuron, the Immerse MKII, and a quality preamp) one can get an ultimate fly rig that sounds convincing and offers so much variety in terms of tone shaping... To Brian & the whole Neunaber Audio Team, hats off for pulling this!

I can't get over how good it sounds, I'm really hoping they can keep the same size on the mkiii but add a stomp preset button to turn on/off and hold option to switch from presets A/B or or live settings. at first I was really into the Strymon Big sky but I don't need 99 presets

Is the compression pumping at around 13:35 due to the you tube upload, or is that the Neuron pedal compression causing that?

Nice demo mate !, I just did demo too for the W3T algorithm. Love it
@patrickr65053 жыл бұрын
Tbh I think the Wet algorithm is the weakest although it's still good..at least on Ambient Bass which I play...maybe it's more suited for higher guitar frequencies..Plate, Shimmer and especially Hall are beautiful..But for me Sustain is the big selling point.. Perfect for huge cavernous endless sounds..It could do without the Downtune and Echo..But I suppose a bonus if you haven't got Modulation or Delay pedals or effects though..

Is the Neuron adding much to the timbre/fx? I mean would the Immense pedal sound much different without it, or will it still function suffice?
@Coopersx12 жыл бұрын
Nice demo btw. I own the original Wet and the Immerse 2. With the immerse...allthe "demo" effects sound the same....pretty much....0n all the demos I've watched. Cant tell wet from hall from plate etc. The effects all sound the sa me. Even when the mix is set to 50 percent. The effects are over done to the extreme. With your video its nice that you play a chord with out effects before the demonstration ...but what good is that when you let the unprocessed chord sustain? We want to here the effect....something in he way of staccato would have really been more helpful. Every demo of this pedal is the same...effects are over done and can never hear what the "trails" sound like...

So with the ECHO settings it's a reverb and a delay simultaneously?

@KevenEknesMusic5 жыл бұрын
Not super familiar with that one, but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Can pretty much guarantee satisfaction in the Neunaber one though!
@BK-di1xs5 жыл бұрын
Sennstrato did you make a choice? I’m in the same boat. I’ve concluded the immerse matches in quality but doesn’t have as many out there features and can be simpler to use and set and forget. Where the mercury 7 would require lots of tweakage often, but could unlock very unique sounds. I think I will get the immerse and use advanced delay and other pedals to get my more unique sounds. Immerse is just a very good reverb for all types
