I still have my talkboy recorder that Kevin uses in this movie. The exact same thing. Had it since i was a kid in the 90's. There were two modes. If you recorded it on normal mode you could play it and it sounded really slow and deep like this movie shows. The other mode when you played it back would make you sound like one of the chipmunk characters. Was awesome. And yes i copied his lines in this as well.

Another bit of film trivia for you, Aria, this time about this movie. The "Pigeon Lady" was played by Irish actress Brenda Fricker, who won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress a couple years prior to this movie for playing Daniel Day-Lewis' mother in "My Left Foot". As is tradition at the Academy, she returned the following year to present her future "Home Alone 2" co-star Joe Pesci his Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for "Goodfellas"; where he famously just said, "It's my privilege, thank you," and walked offstage.

Yes Trump did own the Plaza at one time. There was a Home Alone 3 but the studios balked at the cost so Macauley wasn't in it and the rest of the cast was different too. It bombed in the movies and is pretty much forgotten.

They are both so funny. Reminds me of the ""Laurel & Hardy: old comedy films. Hard to say with is better. So other funny comedy series are the ""Pink Panther" movie series. Check out Pink Panter '63, Shot in the Dark '64, then it progresses into sequels to the 70's all with Peter Sellers are great! KZbin and it's comments. Who knows? They are idiots!
