I use trapping in real life, but not this method. It seems like when you get to step 2, there was opportunity to strike right away, but step 3 added an addition pak sau before strike (taking longer). Why not convert the left hand to a stick and cling and strike with the right hand? Just curious.

We actually dont "trap" in real life, at most, it could be somthing like a pak sao and a hit, it just trains sensitivity

The only way to answer your question is through direct observation. Keep in mind, though, that the Heisenberg principle suggests that the probability of you answering your question is incalculable. So, do you still think you are the only one, or not? Hit like if you think Wing Chun has no use in reality.
