I saw Kevin compete at the '92,'93,'94,'95,'96 & 2001 English Grand Prix, met him, humble with all his fans. Also while visiting sister and brother in law(marine corps captain) in Virginia in Jan' '96,we went Kevin's gym.I was gutted he wasn't in that day.So the guy in charge rang him to say a few words, then gave me a blue NPC training Sweatshirt! I wore that sweatshirt for 20 years training until it was just shredded. It gave me superpowers in the gym!!

I swear kevin looks like he hasn't aged at all, looks in his 30's rather than 50's, and has that freshness and healthy look. He deffinetly played it smart going off all the gear off season and only going on cycle during pre contest, one of the rarest specimens of hyper responding for sure.

@BigD. Kevin levrone was not lazy. You obviously haven't watched his training videos or payed attention to how hard-core his diet was. You can't be a lazy bodybuilder by eating fish rice and brocollli 6 times a day for 12 weeks and do cardio 2x a day for a contest. As a matter a fact I heard in an interview from Kevin that he would do a leg workout in the morning and then do the same exact leg routine later on that night, and part of that routine was squatting 500lbs barefooted for reps. Gtfo here with black bodybuilders being lazy especially kevin levrone .....u casual. You need to do you your research before you start talking nonsense about stuff u don't know anything about, because you obviously don't know what you are talking about.

Dave and I talked about this, I helped Kevin for the 98 Olympia, Kevin is without a doubt the most genetically gifted bodybuilder. I will back Kevin, he did not whatsoever take anywhere near what they do now. Dave lived in NY and I was only 50 mins from Kevin, Dave asked me do you think Kevin takes more than we suggested, obviously because he was so far away and I saw him 3-4 days a week, I said Dave no way, exactly what you told him or what I suggested. Again, Kevin lifted like a Dinosaur. Kevin started diet at 238 and in a month was up to 272. Freaky.
