I was able to sleep til 4pm as a teenager thru my early 20s. Nowadays, after having 2 kids, i barely sleep past 10am. After walking away from my job in march, ive finally found myself sleeping til noon again. I love it

@bigglilwayne7050 na, i started my own consulting firm, and now I work remotely. I don't schedule any meetings until 1 pm or later. I typically just say " I'm booked from 9am - noon " lol.

Our bodies go through a circadian rhythm and we naturally get sleepy a bit after lunch. When I don't sleep enough I definitely get sleepy around that time.

Totally relate to Kevin, whenever my day offs are from work I NEVER get up before 11:30am which is why I love my 1.30pm to 8.30pm shifts,...I can chill the fuck out to the early morning hours and keep my fit arse in bed to almost noon before thinking of going to work whilst the miserable rat race have already fought through the morning and evening shitty works traffic, F the mornings!
