So glad to see his skating and life progress from this. Loved him in This is skateboarding but wasn't a big fan of baker 3 and it was a long drag from that point on. His baker 4 part completely made up for the lost years. He got things figured out in and outside of skateboarding. It's dope.

CONGRATS... When I started, I literally had to teach myself how to fucking ollie!!! FROM SCRATCH!! NO OTHER SKATERS, JUST SLOW-MO'D A VHS, AND DESPERATELY TRIED TO FIGURE OUT HOW IT WAS EVEN POSSIBLE. 88, 89 MAYBE.. took me a year to figure that out, but then... If theres anything thats fucked me off the most, its how SOUR, teams are when they go somewhere else.. Dont hold someone back cause they have other offers.. UP YOUR FUCKIN GAME.. Establish with bigger and better teams/brands that you as a lesser team or brand, can help show the basics, and let the better teams take dudes pro. use yourself as an ambassador.. let the pro teams pay you for showing them talent on the up and coming. how hards that to work out?
