High - Five Kevin! This is by far the best KZbin video I have watched in my 25 years of existence. Honestly because I have been feeling lost in my design journey. I have been a generalist, starting from contextual enquiries on field to building prototypes; I have done everything. But, I've always felt that the work hasn't seen my full potential since I'm juggling between wearing so many hats. @ Yes, a detailed video on secondary research with the help of AI tools to research and to analyse would be very helpful, if I want to validate any problem statement, if I could answer if it’s even worth to do primary research or continue building a product. How much information can we actually get through secondary research and how you conduct your secondary research.
