「I can get by」もおすすめですよ!私はアメリカ出身で、英語で「Can you speak Japanese?」と聞かれるときに、いつも「I can get by」と答えています!「何とかできている」とか「困ることなくコミュニケーションは取れている」というニュアンスでちゃんと謙遜の気持ちも入っているので、どうぞ使ってみてください!!w
This is really funny to watch as a native English speaker haha I never realized how hard the pronunciations can be. You guys did a great job, fun video, keep up the good work! 👍

@@Jeonex what a crazy way of thinking to try to come across as if you can speak english well when you can't. truly great youtuber attitude of just faking it til you make it or at least making others believe you can. Kakechan has a really good ear for reproducing sounds along with wacky ideas.

@@Jeonex the title of this video is pretty much, “an English phrase that you can say to give the impression you can speak English.” The premise of the video being to come across to people who don’t know how bad you are at speaking English much less reading English by phonetically spelling in Japanese an English phrase that can give the impression you can speak better English than you do. Since Japanese often play down their ability, boasting being seen as somewhat rude or creating more distance between people, saying, “well, I’m not perfect, but I can speak a little bit” smoothly and with more native pronunciation can give the impression of being able to speak better than he can while technically not lying.
