Tip: drill with the clutch set to the Lowest setting. Once the screw bites, it’ll likely act against the clutch and the chuck will stop spinning preventing over tightening. The you can either put the trigger and set it on or use hand tools

I think if you were to color match the fog light housing on the bumper and the ends of the lip leaving the center portion black would look chefs kiss!

I'm telling you Kevin, these car dealerships out her in Cali don't care at all. When I got my WRX, I asked them not to drill front license plate holes (they did anyway), asked to have the car clean upon pick-up (thing was so dirty I had to take it to get a wish right from the dealership). So yeah, you have the Cali car enthusiast mindset, it is what it is lol.

I'll never get the whole lowering and installing a lip. Its only a matter of time before it get knicked and it doesnt really add anything to the car, imo.

Lip looks great, the front plate bracket is really throwing off the vibe though, sucks the dealer most likely drilled into the bumper to install that. Maybe a plate delete would cover it? Either way looks a lot better with the lip. Looking forward to what’s next for the WRX

I don’t have my plates yet and my state requires front. Thankfully the dealer didn’t install the bracket that screws into the bumper. Should I go for a Grimmspeed towhook relocation kit or something similar?

I don't have any experience with the Ebay lips so I couldn't tell you. I was happy with the AFD lip though in terms of quality and fitment. At the end of the day it's your choice to purchase from who you're comfortable with.
