I've started watching your videos on Saturday before my interview. I must say that your videos are very helpful. I've been working as a technical support specialist for more than 2 years and this is exactly what I do at work except we use a web based tool that is integrated to AD to manage users account.

@Heyfa regarding your zoom issue, there is some setting on zoom for the camera that u should be sure they are unchecked 1.uncheck "enable HD" 2.uncheck "mirror my Video" 3.change Aspect ratio from '16:9' Orginal
