IMO Fontaines are more of a folk band. they're nothing like their Peers, like idles. none of their post punk peers can play their songs to you round a campfire. this new album romance has sent me. its so good. it gives R.E.M a run for their money. the new Fontaines tunes make me feel as excited as I was when I first heard REM at 8 years old.
