If anyone is wondering about the lyrics, Grian said it was written during a panic attack on the London Tube, hence the panicked inhales on the refrain. It was supposedly written as a stream of consciousness. I feel as if I understand the meaning of the song through how it was sung rather than my interpretation of the words said. Not to mention the images they choose for the music video that accompanies it.
