Am I the only one that feels like this recording (maybe because of the gating) feels like the sound doesn't get the time to work? Their playing is tight, and this is incredibly heartfelt, yet the way this recording is done, it almost sounds dead IMO...

Self admited music geek and sometimes maybe to cynical. This fucking band gets me excited about music like when I was 16. I hope they go onto to world dominance. They have said fuck conventional wisdom. They define creativity freedom. It's loud and clear. Hope future record labels stay the fuck out of their way. They are in Madison, wi in October.
