AK- been following u everyday since I first saw yu here when u were showing us Christmas lites on high end streets when u said residents did not want them there. Would that be 2017? Your videos are wonderful. Now u live in the south and visiting Key West often truly love. My style, love chickens roosters hens walking around and roosters walking up ppl in early dawn Thank u as Always. Love your Extra channel too

I remember when the original sloppy Joe's had a dirt floor. Maybe it still does. I haven't been to Key West since 1988. It's too crowded and too commercialized now.
@ActionKid2 жыл бұрын
I've heard the stories about how much Key West has changed. Sloppy Joe's doesn't have a dirt floor anymore.

Its kind of sad how commercialized a lot of america has become. Corporations own so many properties now, and in an effort to make them kid friendly everything has become steralized. Times Square, Vegas, sporting events are so sterile now. I remember going to dodger games and a ton of people would go into the stadium without a shirt, that just seems unthinkable these days. Its not always a bad thing, a lot of places are safer now, theyve just lost some of their charm

Kenneth, I’ve never been to Key West but I’d always heard of it as a gay mecca, kinda like Provincetown. But the crowds there look so, um, straight. Even straight family friendly! Interesting I should say.

It was better in the gay days and even better than that in the hippie days and before that utterly fantastic as a regular town where people's families had lived for generations. The latest iteration is a mess!
