So happy to see Captain Ed & Cleo back together again. Also love it when you show your meals, discuss whether it was delicious or not, why & the cost. Lynn, in reference to the fishing boats, 'Time is money!" Get those paying customers back to the dock, happy with their fish, get the next load on the boat and out fishing. The cost of the gas is inconsequential to the amount of money from the charters.
@tryingnottosink91075 жыл бұрын
I can totally understand that. People gotta make a living. However, not all are charter boats. You can tell by the amount of people on the vessel. In saying that, not all speed by, a lot do but not all. Ed and I make bets if they will speed by or not.😜

Can you do a short piece on how you take care of your bird...? cage, feed, stuff like that...do you let it free a lot, on the boat?
@tryingnottosink91075 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is a great idea! It is a little different than taking care of of dog or cat. She has a much smaller cage on the boat than at the land house. We have a harness for her that we use when we take her off the boat. There are some interesting things we do with her when we are underway. We do different precautions when we are at sea or in the ICW with her. We let her go free in the boat most times when we are docked or anchored. She kinda has a complicated diet. Frozen,fresh vegies,berries and dried food mix. Water is the one thing on the boat I always make sure is bottled, because you never know the quality at marinas. We will definitely do that Finn. I could go on forever about her, I'll save the rest for a video. Thank you again, for your input!

@tryingnottosink91075 жыл бұрын
I put them in a Tupperware container, and flip it every other day or so. I do not wash them, it would take off the protective film that is on them that enables them to stay fresh our of the frig.Before I use them, I fill a bowl with water, put the eggs in to make sure none of them float. If they float, they are bad, don't eat.It also gets them ready for cleaning before I use them.😁
