Aloha! This is info is such a lifesaver man and defo earns a sub! I bound them all to my F1 to F6 number keys until I get more songs. I absolutely hate manually entering numbers in the heat of battle, horrible design IMO, even when memorized. I really hope hey continue to allow us to use they binds because it's very QOL for a bard! Very helpful with these binds, I just logged into Bard today, and I couldn't find the music notes, but with this video it did help me, so I took the liberty to improve the bind, by making it much simpler to press TAB double times and activate the song, here is the bind, I used Ballad of the Witch e.g ofc you can put any song you want. /bind TAB "+specialclasspower$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 13$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 12$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 10$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 11$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 10$$+PowerMusicNoteExec 8"

I had a bit of a moan yesterday and I stand by that - they've destroyed the random queues as far as I'm concened (for example, I queued 4 times yesterday and got Fangbreaker Island three times! For 6k AD? Fangbreaker Island? Nnnnnnope. O_O). BUT I will say I'm totally in love with the Bard class and I'm having a lot of fun with mine. Only level 9 so far but I'm actually really enjoying hitting tab and whacking out 686686 or whatever it is :D I've gotten quite good at it. Plus that double-lunge skill is the nuts! hahaha. Love it. Use your keybinds! But I'll be doing things the old-fashioned way. Hehe. Cheers for another great vid, my man. I don't know what are you talking about, yesterday i easily did a tiamat, and later mad mage randoms, true, first i was send to Ravenloft but true to the past, posers quickly abandonated ravenloft so i ditcht that one and requed, about 25 minutes all and get my Standar 100 k ad, and i don't have VIP right now, what i did noticed was lag all over PE, a big glitch with the loadouts and a problem with a wooden token that freezes rookies quests

@@EloyCanto The trial queue remains unchanged, so yeah, it's ME who doesn't know what YOU are talking about. I'm talking about 24k AD dungeons now being one quarter of that at 6k. Same mobs, same bugged endboss, same long-ass grind, but 6k AD. Six. My daily routine on each of my accounts was 1 x random queue, 1 x skirmish, 1 x epic dungeon and 1 x trial. Boom. 100k capped. I'm also someone who fell in love with Cloak Tower, Cragmire Crypts etc, and now I'll be seeing far less of them as I escort a bunch of new players through Epic Grey Wolf Den (which I did earlier btw - 15 scrolls of mass life used, 24 hits on my health stone - for SIX FUCKING K.) That is my issue, muchacho.

@@ryans756 still have no idea of what r you talking about, if you want to grind your daily rough AD, take just the 2 top randoms, unless you are really on an awful luck zone, that's all you need, if you are running all dungeons because its a pleasure run, then why you care about how much AD they give, the daily bonus is whats matter, not the dungeon itself, and don't call me muchacho, is disrespectful for some1 over 50, and some people could even interpretate it as racist, so i'm politely ask you to not do it.

I could just run dunegons for zero reward but the fun factor, and it seems as though that's exactly what I'll have to do in order to continue my love affair with Cloak Tower and Cragmire Crypts. Bit of a shame though! It's nice to get a handful of AD for healing/tanking newbies and being an awesome leader :) Funny thing about muchacho, I thought it was Spanish for "friend" but I looked it up and it means young man/woman with a hint of "servant" about it. Hmmm, my old Bard worked just fine. But I started a new one and now my bind is locked that shows in the perform mode. It states that as I go up in levels, I'll have access to placing songs there. Was this changed in the most recent mod to not allow macros on bards till later levels? I can still input the numbers, and the spell works. Just not the macro. Weird

I tried this on preview today and it did not work for me. Quite odd since people in my alliance are using this technique. Any idea why? --- I have a mouse with programmable keys. I am experimenting with setting songs to macros. In manual play and with my macros I find that if I do not have a 0.47s or greater delay between hitting tab and the first note then the first note will sometimes be skipped. Not sure if that is a Neverwinter thing or some issue with my computer.

Make sure to enter your perform mode, Tab, and then click the button for the keybinded song. Make sure to copy and paste them correctly too

@@Aragon- Thank you! I clearly did not pay enough attention to the vid and was mixing it up with my macros, which include tab at the start. I tried to incorporate the keybind into the macro (Tab > Hotkey), but still experienced that odd delay between tab and the next key. I am curious what is causing it so I will test it again when I buy a new computer. In the meantime I'll just manually use your method, but with my own keybinds.

I've done some testing with AutoHotKey, VB, python, PowerShell, and CMD(DOS) scripts. It worked best just doing it in the game from what I experienced. I thought maybe using an external script might make this thing easier and more fun. What I tried worked but it wasn't as consistent as doing it with chat commands as this video shares.

What are the $$ for in the 'code'? I'd love to know what all the commands are and all about the keybind stuff that's possible. Not only for doing things like this with the bard but also to bind keys for fun things for giggles like making the toon cheer, then dance, then clap in a sequence with one key instead of having to type it manually and press enter between them.

the $$ in the code means you are giving another command, so it can distinguish when one command ends and another begins

@@Aragon- IIRC, You can define an alias as a line of code and then reference that alias in another line of code so you can press a single key several times to cycle through. EG, having multiple emotes bound to the Function keys. There was stuff on Neverwinter Uncensored and the offical forums a few years ago. I did it for different characters to have multiple emotes in common and loaded in a text file. It is difficult, playing NW with controller of PS - i tested NW on PS4, but after a (short) while i change to PC because of these shortcuts.... With PS u never have a chance to be fast as a PCgamer...to much Orders possible. Alone that traveling around needs 5 or 6 (not sure) steps to klick. On PC i just press f5 (or what u decide).

i just created a character the Bard.. good but needs to rechange.. insteed of level having 20 go back to haveing it at level 80 and allow you to add +2 to what you like so insteed of haveing plus 2 when you level 10 have it to plus 4 so he can become powerfully and what the best path to have on this character

No. It's still 100k. I refined 100k on each account yesterday and I'm not VIP :) The 80k thing is how much DAILY BONUS AD you can earn before you lose the bonus. Like you can now run the basic random dungeon about 15 times now before you lose that bonus AD, whereas before, you could only run it once for the bonus AD before the earnings became 500AD. Example: Random Trial used to be 40k for the first time, then I think 6k for repeating it. Now repeating it will get your another 40k. (Then you hit the 80k limit and need to run it a few more times to cap out, or run another queue, or Master Expeditions x 3 or whatever).

@@vbloodyassaultx7428 Well, no. The daily limit is that 80k. So you can run trial x 2 for the full 40k x 2, but then the daily BONUS is removed and you'll be on 6k or whatever the repeat reward is. Having hit 80k, you'll then need to use other means to cap it to 100k. Three more trials, one advanced queue, MEx3 etc.

The problem with this is you are replacing normal game functions. EG, G is for Guild. But I can change Tailwind Mambo to F, as I interact with mouse side button, not F! 🤣 I only solo my Bards, anyway. @@cookeay Damn! I gave a detailed reply, and it was deleted! Twice! You do not type "Tailwind Mambo" , and make sure the text is all on one line. I paste from Notepad with no word wrap. Entering it in a text channel in-game is not permanent and you have to do it every time you play that character. And then in game press TAB, F. You can also add it to a customisation file in Key_Settings, which is permanent once you load the file. I did say how to do this, but it got deleted. {:o:O:}
