@xdude573 жыл бұрын
@@sushantgoswami9149 by attention/watch I understand means 'to perceive things' fully. As an analogy, when you open the tap water flows. there's no effort in it ..you just open the channel of perception. That's how I understand it

JK sir says “ personally I have never controlled a thing but I have watched it. The watching is its own discipline and its own action. When you see something why should you control? Why do you control when you see a poisonous bottle in the shelf. You don’t control it. You simply don’t touch it. It’s only when I don’t read the sign properly, when I see and think it is a sweet I then take it. But if I see it read the label I don’t touch it drink it. Whats is there to control. To see appetite see desire to see the implications the structure of pleasure and there is no relation to enjoyment and joy, to see all that to see, it is not verbally but actually through observation through attention through care, through seeing that brings an extraordinary quality of intelligence. That intelligence comes in observation.” This Is by far the best dialogue I have ever heard. Thank u 🙏

One of the best Videos out there🙏. I dont know what it is but as soon as i started telling people around me about the facts, i realized through K's talks, i feel like they think iam crazy and turn away from me. How can one not want to explore the nature of all of this. Everyone uses the words like love and relationship and so on but rarely one questions the meaning of it.

I had a strange notion that the man who was conversing might not be paying attention to what JK has to say, but after watching this video, I must say that the man understood the depth of what JK has to say more than I.

No words for such intelligence. In very simple straightforward. Why peoples saying that j.k is hard to be understanding. And if it is ,it means you yourself are very hard to understanding yourself.otherwise,j.k is not other . He is like our parents siblings friends and more than that a real human being . A true sage . How can I stop me to call him master,even it is against him. Master!!!

K says, "Start from freedom. Attention is not to be practiced, cultivated. Do we attend to anything at all? To read this extraordinary map of our life -- Responsibility, Relationships, Order, Fear, Pleasure ... To see what is as is, including myself, to see what I am, I have to understand myself, because the whole history is within me. And in pleasure, there is infinite lot to learn through attention... with care and affection ... a jewel in hand. And it is right to live with the company of wise...." ... Do I? ... Am I ...? A says, "We say things we don't know what that means..." ... We are talking machines. A brings in the goddess of speech from Veda, who never appears except among friends." .... ! ... Talking to could be only among friends, and the rest is communicated through simple observation ...?

Pleasure brings happiness for as long as the pleasure lasts for the moment pleasure wanes (and perhaps pain takes its place or, more likely, returns), we are unhappy. Ultimately, however, neither is sustainable because the human body is incapable of maintaining pleasure sensations indefinitely.
@OrdinaryPersonah Жыл бұрын
i feel like when i draw or animate, i seem to have no self awareness sometimes while i draw. so there is no observer(analyser) there to register. and it never becomes persuit of pleasure for me even though i enjoy it alot. is this what he is talking about. but krishnamurti is actually talking about being that attentive in all aspects of life, where there is no registration, therefore no pleasure and no pain. but we are not full attentive all the time because most of the times , the observer is there.

I think I had an insight into death. I believe what happens is that your superficial desires for e.g. food or sex are NOT the cause you are reborn. for the simple reason that your body is gone and that desire can't be transferred to your 'soul' or your deeper, bodyless identification. the reason you are reborn is the sum of your deepest identifications, which is for me the desire for company, the belief that there is true purpose in feeling joy with others, in contrast to feeling joy alone. there is no way in hell that the desire for food is the reason you get reborn. so the desire IN life can be completely decoupled from the desire that you STILL have without a body. so the desire in life hinders the awareness, but it is not the real problem to solve. the real, deepest problem to solve, is the desire that you have without the body. so find out what that is.
