Summary:
Is our brain conditioned to the resolution of problems? Only a free brain can end problems.
Do you ever listen completely to your wife or husband? Can we learn together the art of listening?
Our consciousness is perpetually in conflict with its own reactions. It is shared by all human beings. Can this consciousness cease entirely?
One has never said, ‘I will live with suffering and find out why I suffer.’ If you are suffering inwardly, how can you love another?
With the ending of sorrow there is passion, energy, love, intelligence.

Thought is limited. Because memory is limited Memory comes with experience Experience is limited. Experience of hate jealous anger. All these are experienced in the same way again and again, except the content changes.... Soo we keep on accumulating content. At the end experience is limited. Soo can we be aware of present without judging? Can we get into choice less awareness?..! We to try, trying to be aware. This again creates choice awareness. But truth lies in choice less awareness.....!!

Don't seek experience beczzz.... Thoughts arise from experience The movement u judge the thought or interfere with it. If proliferates.... Soo just be aware. .ur brain is Machine it just generates thoughts. It doesn't matter good or bad. Negative experience gives u thoughts Positive gives u thoughts. Brain doesn't know the difference in positive thoughts n negative thoughts. So, don't seek experience neither good or bad.

We can't have competed knowledge about living thing. Only dead matter can be known completely. Since living thing changes continuosly, knowledge also comes continuously.

1. If listening and seeing is complete, there is no self. 2. Our consciousness is perpetually in conflict, with its own reactions. 3. Sorrow- Sorrow is me, I am not separate from sorrow. I am sorrow. 4. The moment I separate myself from the feeling, pain and anxiety. Then, that separation causes conflict. 5. Sorrow ends, when I watch it with my full attention. Love is the ending of sorrow and ambition. 6. Intelligence- Intelligence is different from being clever. Intelligence comes, where there is love and compassion. It is not, limited. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
