Great video for those Louisiana memories. I grew up with Ken in Broadmoor back when he had a head full of hair and we conquered the woods around our neighborhood. The food, culture and people of South Louisiana can’t be beat. Miss those days. God Bless you Ken. Great content.

Looks like a bomb. went off and further south down LA1 and below Houma in Terrebonne parish there is total devastation from the hurricane. Needed a distraction and you came through as usual. Up here in the north on the Mississippi river . We never harvest them in the summer . The meat is to mushy even when thrown on ice . The yellow fat just like any thing makes it taste nasty . Summer in Georgia at my folks is hit and miss . it's all about who cleans the fish ! Yellow is like eating dirt !
