The bite was on fire this warm February day. I show you guys me making the hair jig before heading out to catch beautiful Crappie one after another . The fish were moving up shallow on the cypress trees.

We catch the Hail out ‘O Crappies in the Spring in Texas! Bigun’s like those! 15 inches was the biggest last Spring. That Blue was talking to you! We can catch 25 per person here in North Texas but they have to be 10 inches to keep, no size or length on ‘Gills and you can catch any amount you want! You are gonna end up tying your special jigs full time Kendall! People are dying to get their hands on those type of Jigs!

Do you fish every tree or is there a distinguishing characteristics you look for?
@kfred4 жыл бұрын
That’s a good question. On this day the fish seem to be on the big single cypress trees or where they had 7 or 8 small cypress trees together. So I would skip all the Gum trees and small single cypress trees. Most places I fish they seem to like a group of trees together and they get right in the middle! Hey David thanks for watching and commenting!
