Yes we can do. But it would require more effort. Specially for elderly people, it will be difficult. But if you can do, it’s totally fine.

बस वग़ैरह में सफ़र करते वक्त उल्टी और चक्कर जैसा महसूस होने का कारण ऑक्सीजन की कमी होना है, ऑक्सीजन हमारे मस्तिष्क तक नहीं पहुँच पा रही है। बिना तकिया लगाए, पीठ के बल लेट जाइए और लम्बी गहरी सॉंस लीजिए और घूँट घूँट पानी पीजीए। अगर आप वाहन में वाहक हैं तो आसमान की तरफ़ देखते हुए गहरी लम्बी सॉंस लीजिए और पानी भी सर ऊँचा रखकर ही पीजीए। आप अपने सिर को पीछे की तरफ़ लुढ़काकर भी गहरी लम्बी सॉंस ले सकते हैं। अगर आप वाहन चालक हैं तो जल्दी जल्दी गहरी लम्बी सॉंस लेते हुए अपने वाहन को सुरक्षित जगह पर पार्क कर सीट को सीधा कर लेट जाइए और गहरी लम्बी सॉंस लीजिए।

एक आयुर्वेदिक डॉ, से ही सुना है की खाना खाने के बाद कम से कम ४५ मिनिट एकदम आराम से बैठे , क्यों की एक तो बॉडी को ४५ मिनट तक खाना पचाने का ही बहुत बड़ा काम होता है और उपर से हम और कोई काम दे देंगे तो फिर बॉडी खाना पचाने का काम ठीक से नहीं कर पायेगी... तो दोनों में से कौन सी बात माने... प्लीज रिप्लाय 🙏

यदि खाना खाने के बाद काम पर जाना है तो 30या 45मिनट आराम कर लें। यदि खाना खाने के बाद आराम करना है तो आवश्यक व्यायाम या चलना चाहिए।
