I didn't have Chi-Ji's Blazing Band equipment yet, for which I need Balinda's Lesser Water Elemental for the Heroic Kazakus fight, which you get after this fight. It was sort of a catch 22 situation. Also, I didn't have Khadgar maxed yet. With those setbacks it was quite tough to climb, since I kept losing mercs even on non-elite fights regularly too. After rerolling the map and a bit of luck along the way with the treasures I picked up, I finally managed to beat Drek'Thar. Thanks for this video, it really helped.

Blazing Band is useful but not mandatory for unlocking Balinda's equipment.

Im currently using rag, geddon and brann, it usually oneshot normal encounters.

I was already thinking about "Nemsy - Geddon - Balinda" as fire comp, in order to decrease incoming damage to the VIP Geddon (with Boggy-equipment that reduces damage to neighbours) and also Boggy itself being a blocker for enemy fighters that would instantly wreck Geddon... furthermore, the fact that my Nemsy again and again gets the "Elementary Studies" as normal treasure was very inspiring, as "+3 Fire Damage." increases the damage of the main-damage-dealer Geddon AND "Your Humans and Elementals gain +9 Health." helps most of the party-members, with Nemsy being always protected by her Boggy anyhow... - what would you think about this idea of composition ? ;) thanks

PS: in addition against many protector-teams, I would swap in Chi-Ji instead of Balinda, especially for the "+Heal Power" when Nemsy gets the treasure "Can't Touch This - After one of your Taunt characters takes damage, restore 7 Health to it." The original treasure is already great for Boggy to stay alive, but with the increased heal and Nemsy's 3rd ability to make any mercenary a Taunt-character, it can make anyone of your team very durable, after some rounds almost unkillable as it says "takes damage" and not "is attacked" !! ;)

I'm still trying to get Belinda last piece of gear. I have tried all the videos on here and actually none of them have worked. I have more success with the nature combo until the last boss climbing. I think they need to just nerf this fight. I feel stupid since this is the only fight I have issues just climbing so something seems super broken.

Shouldn't we call any comp with Khadgar or Balinda: "Frostfire comps." Especially when using blizzard or a water elemental. It's not really a "fire" comp if we are using frost spells. But yeah, he's good and consistent.

Sir, fastest fire comp is Ragnaross Geddon Brann (and you are already talked about it in some of your videos), cause you just click click click and then ragnaross crits everything. But, Brann is not so reliable as Balinda.
