1&1/2 cup Chana Dal
2 tbsp Rice ( Soaked & Coarsely )
1/2 tsp Papad Khar
1/4 cup Peanut Oil
3 tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Eno
Oil
Water ( as per required )
For Tempering:
3 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Green Chilli
Coriander
1/4 cup Water
