Actually not that bad considered so many fighters do their workouts with awful form. Keep in mind hes working on explosiveness and high reps. Deadlifts were fine in that contexts, squats he could've went a bit lower, and bench was pretty impressive with standard form. You can tell he's got a relatively strong bench given how fast he was moving that 50kg. Prolly could bench 110-125kg.

There is no explosion, he does squat and deadlift with a belt and baby weight, deadlift - he lifts on the rebound, squat - it's all crap, not a deep squat. You need an explosion? Do clean, jerk. Not 100kg with a belt on the last breath. He's a middleweight and he weighs 90+ himself. And to talk about endurance, you need to see pauses and number of reps, which is not in the video. Well if he's pressing that many times, 10 reps after a minute of rest, congratulations. But I have my doubts.
